BOOKING PROSEDURES:
Our hotline number is 0166777393. Please allow us to reach you for verification and to proceed with booking arrangements for your reservations within 24 hours. Our official communication usually via whatsapps platform or email.
Upon successful of bookings, we will send you billings and invoice. Payment can be done within dateline given via money transfer or credit card. Your booking is automatically cancelled after dateline has passed
AMENDMENTS
Any changes of bookings ie change of dates, room types or amendments are allowed before you receive your booking confirmation. Any changes after confirmation received, service fee of RM30 will be charged with the total of invoice
All bookings are almost guaranteed during non-peak and subject to availability during peak season. We will arrange refund for unsuccesful bookings within 3 working days or the amount is transferrable for other bookings.
OFFER RATES
All the room rates are inclusive of SST and local taxes, but excluding non Malaysian tourism tax.. Other options ie extra breakfast or any additionals on the package can be added together with the booking and to proceed accordingly
