Bookings, Payment & General Terms:
YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER TO PROCEED WITH YOUR RESERVATION
1. Membership is free of charge. Your membership details are required when you wish to proceed online booking.
2. Payment can be done by manual online transfer (cash deposit) or Credit Card payment (via Paypal). Only 2 rooms maximum is allowed for each ONLINE reservations, last minute booking is not allowed. For bulk booking (or GIT), package, tickets or vouchers or special events (family day, corporate annual dinner etc), kindly email us at email@example.com for arrangements. 3. Every payment done is under good faith basis and shall not treated as legally binding. All the rooms are at the best interest guaranteed except for last minute bookings, amended bookings or reservations made during peak/school holidays season. We shall refund in full (except for any charges applicable by third party) for any unsuccessful reservations or changeable with other replacement bookings. We shall negotiate should the hotels or resorts may offer alternative rooms or package. Any refund/additional payment to be made with the new revised bookings.
4. There will be no refund for last minute changes or cancellation within 5 working days. Administration charge of RM30.00 will be deducted if cancellation made within 5 working days.
5. We are also event management company. Besides available packages for hotels/resort online, we also accept requests made for special events, family days, school trips to hotel or resorts around Malaysia. We might be able to get you a very competitive pricing with options for dinner, telematch, t-shirts, transportation and other packages.
