BOOKING PROSEDURES:

For first time user, you are required to fill your details to proceed. 

Select your room types and check in/out dates or other necessary details of your preferred holiday destination.  Booking request is free, however, we require deposit of RM50 for the operator to process your reservations:

• Refundable within 24 hours for unsuccessful booking
• Will be less out from total  payment for successful bookings
• Transferrable to your next booking

Once confirmation received, we will send you the payment instructions and full payment is required  within payment dateline to secure the booking.

ALTERATIONS OF BOOKING

Any alterations or change of request are not allowed within processing period. Any change of bookings due to emergency cases are only allowed after booking confirmation with a standard processing fee of RM30. No alteration or cancellation is allowed last minute– 3 working days before check in date. No refund for no show

CONFIRMATION

Since the hotels and resorts adopting different booking methods, we are not allowed to confirm the booking instantly. All bookings must be verified and confirmed before we send you confirmation. We can assure that bookings  are guaranteed during non-peak period subjected to room’s availability

OFFER RATES

Rates quoted are inclusive of SST and local taxes, but excluding non Malaysian tourism tax unless mentioned otherwise, For any other request, not mentioned in the offer, you may ask us and we are happy to assist you.
